Job Description:

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative in Chesapeake, Virginia, to join our team on a contract with the potential for a long-term position. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving sales success by engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Job Responsibility:

Respond to inbound customer inquiries by identifying their needs and recommending suitable solutions to minimize downtime
Partner with Outside Account Executives to coordinate sales efforts and activities for shared accounts
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations using web platforms and tools like Microsoft Teams
Generate detailed sales quotes, pricing information, and terms using the point-of-sale system
Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions within the CRM system
Convert inbound leads into actionable sales opportunities to meet and exceed targets
Arrange and coordinate customer training sessions as required
Resolve customer concerns related to delivery, objections, or issues to ensure satisfaction
Build strong relationships with customers and prepare reports on business transactions
Participate in trade shows and manufacturer training sessions to stay updated on industry trends

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales or a related role
Strong ability to increase sales and generate leads through effective communication
Proficiency in delivering presentations and conducting product demonstrations
Experience with high-volume data entry and maintaining customer records in CRM systems
Solid understanding of preparing sales quotes and pricing strategies
Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Teams for remote collaboration
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on resolving issues and building relationships
Willingness to attend trade shows and training sessions as needed
