Job Responsibility:
Proactively engage with prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and online tools
Develop a strong understanding of our products/services to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, maintaining accurate records in our CRM
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to execute effective sales strategies
Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a brand ambassador
Requirements:
1+ year of inside sales or customer-facing experience (B2B sales preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-driven setting
