We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Plymouth, Michigan. Job Responsibility:
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the client base
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and partners to support long-term business growth
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored proposals using Salesforce
Coordinate project kick-offs, scheduling, contract confirmations, and invoicing approvals
Achieve or exceed sales targets set by the VP of Business Development and Strategy
Maintain accurate client records and generate reports within Salesforce
Facilitate the completion of surveys and monitor client impacts to ensure satisfaction
Gather customer feedback to inform and support product development initiatives
Work alongside the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials for events
Enhance marketing efforts through social media engagement and outreach
Requirements:
Proven experience in inside sales, retail buying, or maximizing sales opportunities
Strong ability to identify and capitalize on sales growth potential
Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for client management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster client engagement
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed annual sales targets
Knowledge of consultative sales approaches and strategies
Familiarity with leveraging social media for marketing and outreach
Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
