We are looking to recruit an inside salesperson who will be responsible for new lead generation and online customer acquisition. As a member of the inside sales team your primary objective will be to follow-up with inbound leads generated through various marketing activities and carry out a full sales cycle with prospects from almost every industry with an online presence.
Job Responsibility:
Follow-up with inbound leads generated through various marketing activities
Carry out a full sales cycle with prospects from almost every industry with an online presence
Engage the prospect by phone, chat, or email to introduce Vivocha
Analyze companies’ websites and businesses to figure out how they can be more successful with online customer interactions technology
Demo our solution with the goal of converting the account from a prospect to a registered user
Maintain close interaction with the prospect to ensure a great experience and conversion to a paying customer
Requirements:
Perfect spoken communication skills in English and at least one other language (Italian, German or French)
Consultative sales approach
Polished presentation skills
Engaging phone presence
Passion for web-based software
Deep understanding of the SaaS (subscription) model
