We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join a mission-focused healthcare organization. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for someone beginning a sales career and eager to help older adults, caregivers, and families find solutions that support safety and independence. In this role, you will engage with warm, marketing-driven leads, provide thoughtful guidance on available offerings, and build confidence through clear, consultative communication.
Job Responsibility:
Engage with inbound and marketing-generated prospects to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products, pricing, and service options
Build trusted relationships with older adults, caregivers, and family members by addressing questions related to safety, ease of use, and dependability
Turn promising opportunities into new business by presenting value effectively and encouraging timely decision-making when suitable
Record customer conversations, lead updates, and sales activity accurately in company platforms to maintain a reliable pipeline
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers to keep them engaged throughout the sales process
Work toward daily outreach expectations, conversion benchmarks, and revenue goals in a performance-driven environment
Partner with colleagues and sales leadership to share feedback on customer objections, lead trends, and overall campaign quality
Requirements:
Entry-level or 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer support, call center, retail, or a related customer-facing setting
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to listen carefully, respond with empathy, and influence purchasing decisions
Confidence working in a high-call-volume environment while managing multiple customer interactions each day
Results-driven approach with a strong interest in developing a long-term career in sales
Basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn internal systems and sales tools
