Summer Period (Peak Season): Handle incoming calls from clients (construction contractors and major event promoters), analyze their needs, prepare and issue project quotes at a steady volume, and process reservations in the IT system
Winter Period (Planning Season): Drive business development by making outbound calls and conducting targeted prospecting (following up on construction projects, reconnecting with past clients, and renewing contracts for festivals and major events for the upcoming year)
Sales Support: Collaborate closely with outside sales representatives on the road by processing their urgent quotes and ensures rigorous follow-ups on active client proposals
Internal Partnership: Work in tandem with the local Candiac team to maximize the sharing of business leads between the company's various divisions.
Requirements
Absolute mastery of the French language, both spoken and written, is required to interact effectively with job site personnel and managers
Excellent comfort level with computer systems and the ability to navigate smoothly through order management software
A dynamic, proactive, and solution-oriented personality, backed by a strong professional work ethic
Experience in inside sales, business-to-business (B2B) customer service, or business development is a significant asset
A stable, rigorous, and autonomous profile, demonstrating a genuine desire to commit long-term to a leading organization
Although all interactions with local clientele are conducted in French, a functional knowledge of English is required for this position.
