Our client, a growing manufacturing company local to Norwich, CT, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This is a fully onsite position offering competitive compensation and a strong benefits package. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an inside sales role and a proven ability to drive revenue and build customer relationships.
Job Responsibility:
Manage inbound and outbound sales activities to generate new business
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Identify customer needs and provide tailored product/service solutions
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Maintain accurate records of sales activity within CRM systems
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and order fulfillment
Requirements:
Previous experience in an Inside Sales Representative role required
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Proficiency with software and Microsoft Office
