Job Responsibility:
Own the full sales cycle: qualify, demo, propose, negotiate, and close
Follow up on warm leads from SDR and BDR teams
Deliver a smooth, high-quality experience for prospects
Keep CRM records clean and accurate
Collaborate closely with SDRs and BDRs for seamless handovers
Apply proven sales workflows and playbooks to maximise conversion
Hit individual targets and contribute to team success
Join regular coaching and learning sessions to keep building skills
Requirements:
Experience in sales
Bonus if it's B2B SaaS
Ready to own deals and grow in next role
Strong communicator and confident negotiator
Proactive, organized, and focused on delivering value
Comfortable using CRM and sales tools (or willing to learn fast)
Native level of Dutch
Excellent command of English
Nice to have:
