We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will act as a key connector between the company and its customers, driving revenue through proactive outreach, relationship building, and solution-based selling.
Job Responsibility:
Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting and inbound inquiries
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Conduct virtual meetings, product demonstrations, and sales presentations
Understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing and follow-up
Maintain and update customer data, sales activities, and pipeline in CRM systems
Collaborate with marketing and external sales teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies
Follow up on quotes, proposals, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Provide insights on customer feedback, market trends, and competitive positioning.
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development
Experience working with CRM platforms and digital sales tools
Familiarity with consultative or solution-based selling techniques
Experience in a target-driven environment with measurable KPIs.
