Job Description:

Join a well-established Quebec-based company with over 35 years of experience in residential solutions (heating, air conditioning, electricity, home security). With more than 200 employees and a consistently growing revenue, it is now one of the largest players in the industry in Quebec. Job Responsibility:

Handle over 100 inbound calls per day related to products, services, and sales follow-ups
Make outbound calls from incoming leads and existing customer lists
Sell residential equipment and services (heating, cooling, maintenance, etc.)
Generate leads for the outside sales team
Draft and respond to sales-related emails
Support client retention and build lasting relationships
Collaborate with internal departments (installation, customer service, billing, etc.)

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in B2C sales or customer service
Fluent in French and functional English
Comfortable in a fast-paced, noisy, and dynamic environment
Proficient with IT tools (MS Office, Teams)
experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus

Experience with CRM or ERP systems

What we offer:

Commissions: 2% on equipment sales, 4% on services
Complete onboarding and product training (3 to 6 months)
