Job Responsibility
Managing, advising, and guiding corporate clients through various communication tools (live chat, emails, phone calls)
Warmly welcoming clients visiting our showroom in Montreal and performing technical product demonstrations
Analyzing clients' specific layout needs and configuring precise, tailored price quotes (projects can range from $20,000 to $25,000 with experience)
Conducting proactive and rigorous follow-ups on pending quotes to close sales and secure purchase orders
Maximizing the value of each transaction through effective up-selling strategies
Collaborating closely with external road project managers to ensure maximum fluidity in file handling
Participating in structured re-activation and win-back campaigns for past clients to revive business opportunities
Requirements
Sales Experience: Solid experience in customer service or inside sales within a B2B environment (industrial, manufacturing, or hardware sectors heavily preferred)
Spatial & Technical Skills: Comfortable reading simple layouts, understanding measurements (feet, inches, heights), and possessing a good 3D visualization capacity to effectively advise clients remotely
Language Skills: Impeccable proficiency in French (spoken and written)
Functional to advanced English is a major asset to meet the global needs of our clientele across the country
Key Attributes: Strong results-oriented mindset with a drive for closing deals, autonomy, intellectual curiosity, and excellent interpersonal skills

What we offer
Base salary of $47,000 to $50,000 per year, depending on industrial experience
