This role is a high-performance, target-driven Inside sales position, focused on new business acquisition, where you will manage your own pipeline and contribute directly to business growth. The role is desk-based, focused on outbound sales activity, including prospecting restaurants via cold calls, virtual meetings, product demos, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals.
Job Responsibility
Prospecting restaurants via high volumes of cold calls and outbound outreach
Conducting virtual meetings and product demos to present TheFork products and services
Managing your own pipeline from first contact to closing
Following up relentlessly and keeping momentum with prospects across multiple touchpoints
Negotiating and closing deals in a competitive environment
Following up consistently with prospects to move deals forward
Requirements
Fluent in English
additional languages are a strong advantage
2–4 years of experience in sales, ideally in outbound B2B or inside sales roles
Proven ability to manage a pipeline and close deals independently
Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone
Confidence to pitch via the phone on the office floor in front of your peers & other stakeholders
Resilience, with a positive and proactive attitude towards working in a target-driven environment
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced setting

A genuine passion for hospitality, with an interest in digital products and technology

Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and motivation to develop within your role
Confidence using digital tools, including Google Workspace
