Job Responsibility:

  • Respond to our clientele's requests in person, by email, or by phone
  • Identify client needs, and propose the appropriate products and services
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes/submissions
  • Collaborate with the external sales team
  • Prepare orders for clients who present themselves on-site
  • Order parts and/or equipment
  • Offer technical support to our clientele

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales and/or technical customer service
  • DEC (Diploma of College Studies) in Building Mechanics, DEP (Diploma of Vocational Studies) or AEP (Attestation of Vocational Specialization) in refrigeration and/or knowledge in the HVAC-R field
  • Be a team player and a person involved in the success of the company who wants to make a difference
  • A multi-tasking, efficient person who will be able to respond quickly
