Job Description

Achieve individual revenue targets by selling renewals, products, and services while identifying upsell opportunities; Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of existing clients within an assigned territory; Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts; Develop strong product and technical knowledge to assess customer needs and deliver tailored solutions; Proactively promote products and services to drive customer retention and expansion; Guide customers through onboarding and encourage long-term product adoption; Use data insights to identify at-risk accounts and growth opportunities; Address customer concerns and remove obstacles impacting satisfaction and usage; Handle objections effectively to retain customers and secure new business; Manage a high volume of phone and email interactions daily; Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native level in German, with fluency in English (minimum B2 level)

  • Strong communication skills in fast-paced, customer-focused environments
  • Ability to quickly learn and leverage new tools, technology, and data
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Confidence in cold calling and engaging new customers.
