Job Description

Are you a Building Mechanics expert with a passion for customer service? A leader in wholesale distribution is looking for their next Inside Sales Representative in Laval to join a stable and dynamic team. Summary: As an Inside Sales Representative in Laval, you will be the primary point of contact for a specialized clientele (HVAC, refrigeration). You will act as a technical advisor at the counter and over the phone, managing the full order cycle from quoting to invoicing.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage order taking, follow-ups, and provide in-depth technical advice to clients
  • Greet walk-in customers, identify their needs, and pick parts directly from the warehouse
  • Prepare technical quotes, handle invoicing, and process payments
  • Coordinate with suppliers for special orders
  • Use the AS400 system daily (upcoming migration to SAP)

Requirements

  • Relevant education or experience in Building Mechanics, HVAC, Sheet Metal, or Refrigeration
  • Intermediate English level to interact with a diverse clientele outside of Quebec
  • Solid experience in customer service or technical sales
  • Autonomous profile, known for a calm and composed demeanor

What we offer

  • Competitive salary based on experience: $52,000 to $68,000
  • Stable daytime schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
