Inside Sales Rep - Graduate Program

• Drive customer and cross-selling acquisition through phone, email, and digital outreach
• Prospect in and outbound, to drive new qualified pipeline, discover and qualify
• Understand customer needs and clearly communicate NetApp’s value propositions across 3-5 use cases
• Collaborate with the channel to deliver proposals
• Generate new business through proactive prospecting, including cold calling and targeted campaigns & social selling
• Support marketing initiatives such as events, webinars, and lead-generation campaigns
• Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking in CRM systems
• Work closely with sales, technical specialists, and channel teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

• Recent graduate or early-career professional with up to 2 years of experience gained through internships, part-time work, university projects, or early-career roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, influence, and build relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Interest in developing a career in technology sales, business development, and pipeline generation within a B2B environment
• Curiosity about cloud, AI, storage, and emerging technologies, with previous exposure through studies, projects, internships, or work experience being a plus
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable learning and using CRM systems, sales prospecting tools, and other technologies to support customer engagement and business growth
• Fluent in English and one of the following additional languages: Danish, French, German, or Swedish
• able to work successfully in an international and collaborative environment

Curiosity about cloud, AI, storage, and emerging technologies, with previous exposure through studies, projects, internships, or work experience being a plus
