Job Responsibility
Respond to 100 - 150 customer service tickets a day
Excited about running a consistent, routine process
Answering questions on our ticketing platform asked by the sales reps
Managing a long queue of questions
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Reaching out via email to people they haven't met before and trying to broker conflicts
Ability to understand and apply rules to different situations
Looking at the Rules of Engagement document and applying the rules to questions and conflicts
Requirements
0 - 2 years of experience
ideally with a degree in Business Administration
Degree in Information Systems or Data Analytics
Has 1 to 2+ years of work experience or worked on campus while in school
Hands-on knowledge of Google Suite - especially Sheets
Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) - Ideally SalesForce
