The Inside Sales Manager will lead a team of inbound sales representatives responsible for engaging existing security guarding clients and aligning their needs with integrated technology solutions. The High Velocity Inside Sales Manager is a leader that will drive revenue growth through consultative selling, team development, and collaboration with operations, technology, and client success teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
Job Responsibility:
Build, lead, and develop a high performing inbound, inside sales team focused on qualifying and executing sale for inbound guarding clients for technology solution opportunities
Create a coaching culture that emphasizes accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning
Implement structured sales training and processes to ensure consistent performance and professional growth
Standardize a solutions sales process that exceeds service delivery and client satisfaction
Develop, monitor, and refine KPIs throughout the client life cycle, identify and execute process improvements, and enhance efficiency and conversion outcomes
Report on performance trends and provide strategic insights into leadership for continuous optimization
Collaborate with field sales, technology integration, guarding leadership, and client success teams to ensure solution alignment, seamless client transitions and strengthen client relationships for increased cross-sell potential
Requirements:
Must possess one of the following: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field of study
Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field of study with a minimum of five (5) years of inside sales leadership experience
High school diploma or equivalent a minimum of ten (10) years of inside sales leadership experience
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in inside sales leadership
Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and scale high-performing sales teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and Microsoft Office
Excellent oral and written interpersonal communication skills
Ability to adapt to evolving business needs in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Nice to have:
Experience in security technology, SaaS, or B2B technology sales
Exposure to integrated guarding and technology solution sales or managed services environments
Background in process improvement, change management, or sales enablement initiatives
