Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Inside Sales Leasing Agent to join our team. This is a fast-paced, high-volume position where you will be responsible for assisting prospects with finding and leasing properties. As an Inside Sales Leasing Agent, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our leasing operations. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is committed to meeting and exceeding leasing objectives. You will be answering a high volume of incoming phone calls from hot leads to help maximize your earning potential. This teammate will work directly under his/her JWB Supervisor (and alongside their team) for all accountabilities listed below.

Job Responsibility:

  • Minimize property vacancy by finding a resident for all available properties
  • Ability to showcase vast inventory knowledge
  • Answer a high volume of inbound calls from hot leads (60-80) each day
  • Actively engage with prospects through various channels (phone, email, and text) to address inquiries, provide information, and schedule property tours promptly
  • Conduct property showings, highlighting the key features and benefits of each property
  • Process lease applications, conduct background and credit checks, and maintain accurate records
  • Must possess a solid level of organization to efficiently work through your sales funnel
  • Demonstrates a high attention to detail by notating all prospect communications
  • Maintain knowledge of market trends, property availability, and prospect needs
  • Provide exceptional sales-driven service throughout the leasing journey, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally
  • Meet and consistently exceed monthly leasing goals and targets

Requirements:

  • Florida Real Estate License or ability to obtain licensure within 90 days of start (Required)
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing processes to achieve peak efficiency. (Required)
  • Experience in inside sales (Preferred)
  • Must be available 40-60 hours per week during Mon-Fri or Tues-Sat schedule
  • Depending on team needs, you must be able to work 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM and 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trusting relationships with prospects
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a hunger for completing objectives
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues and partners
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
  • Proficient in using CRM software
