We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Inside Sales Leasing Agent to join our team. This is a fast-paced, high-volume position where you will be responsible for assisting prospects with finding and leasing properties. As an Inside Sales Leasing Agent, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our leasing operations. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is committed to meeting and exceeding leasing objectives. You will be answering a high volume of incoming phone calls from hot leads to help maximize your earning potential. This teammate will work directly under his/her JWB Supervisor (and alongside their team) for all accountabilities listed below.
Job Responsibility:
Minimize property vacancy by finding a resident for all available properties
Ability to showcase vast inventory knowledge
Answer a high volume of inbound calls from hot leads (60-80) each day
Actively engage with prospects through various channels (phone, email, and text) to address inquiries, provide information, and schedule property tours promptly
Conduct property showings, highlighting the key features and benefits of each property
Process lease applications, conduct background and credit checks, and maintain accurate records
Must possess a solid level of organization to efficiently work through your sales funnel
Demonstrates a high attention to detail by notating all prospect communications
Maintain knowledge of market trends, property availability, and prospect needs
Provide exceptional sales-driven service throughout the leasing journey, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally
Meet and consistently exceed monthly leasing goals and targets
Requirements:
Florida Real Estate License or ability to obtain licensure within 90 days of start (Required)
Flexible and adaptable to changing processes to achieve peak efficiency. (Required)
Experience in inside sales (Preferred)
Must be available 40-60 hours per week during Mon-Fri or Tues-Sat schedule
Depending on team needs, you must be able to work 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM and 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trusting relationships with prospects
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a hunger for completing objectives
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues and partners
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
Proficient in using CRM software
Highest level of professional integrity and ethics, with a Sales-driven mentality
