Job Responsibility:
Shadow & Learn: Sit in on live sales calls to learn objection handling and closing techniques from top performers
Top-of-Funnel Support: Assist in managing inbound leads via chat, text, and email to ensure no prospect is left hanging
CRM Mastery: Maintain high data integrity within our sales software, ensuring our 'Single Source of Truth' is accurate
Lead Nurturing: Help re-engage 'cold' leads through creative follow-up campaigns and outreach
Process Optimization: Work with Sales Leadership on 'Right Shell' projects to evaluate and improve our current sales scripts and workflows
Requirements:
High Curiosity: not afraid to ask 'why' and eager to understand the mechanics of a nationwide logistics platform
Resilient Communicator: enjoys talking to people and doesn't let a 'no' discourage you
Detail-Oriented: understands that 'Action Over Words' means doing the small things (like data entry) with excellence
Current Student or Recent Grad: ideally pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
