Join LoadUp’s Sales Internship to master the art of the close and CRM strategy while driving real-world growth for our nationwide logistics platform. This isn't a 'get the coffee' internship. You will be immersed in the front lines of a high-growth sales organization. You’ll learn the art of the 'discovery call,' master CRM data management, and understand how to move a lead through a complex funnel. This is a launchpad for a career in tech sales, account management, or business operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Shadow & Learn: Sit in on live sales calls to learn objection handling and closing techniques from top performers
  • Top-of-Funnel Support: Assist in managing inbound leads via chat, text, and email to ensure no prospect is left hanging
  • CRM Mastery: Maintain high data integrity within our sales software, ensuring our 'Single Source of Truth' is accurate
  • Lead Nurturing: Help re-engage 'cold' leads through creative follow-up campaigns and outreach
  • Process Optimization: Work with Sales Leadership on 'Right Shell' projects to evaluate and improve our current sales scripts and workflows

Requirements
