Inside Sales Executive

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential customers to generate leads and set up meetings
• Qualify prospects based on their business needs and potential for sales opportunities
• Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in the software or technology sector
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
