Job Responsibility:
Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, providing expert guidance on diamonds and fine jewelry

Product Expertise: Stay updated on jewelry trends, product details, and Rare Carat offerings to educate and assist customers effectively
CRM Maintenance: Log customer interactions and manage sales pipelines using CRM tools
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to enhance the customer experience and resolve issues efficiently
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in inside sales, jewelry retail, or e-commerce
In-depth knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewelry is a strong plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (or Google Workspace)
