Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Inside Sales executive for an established MNC that specializes in metal products manufacturing services. Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, this role is based in Puchong and offers excellent employee compensation and benefits.

Job Responsibility:

Handle incoming sales calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner
Proactively engage with existing customers to uncover potential sales opportunities
Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
Deliver accurate and current information about products and services to customers
Manage order processing, invoicing, and related sales administration tasks
Keep comprehensive records of sales activities and customer interactions
Address customer issues and concerns promptly to ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements:

Experience in inside sales or customer service, ideally within the Administration & Office Support or Client & Sales Administration sectors
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain positive customer relationships
Solid problem-solving skills and sound judgment in decision-making
Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP B1, and CRM tools
Customer-focused approach with a dedication to delivering high-quality service
Capable of performing well in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment
