As an Inside Sales Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for businesses exploring myPOS. Working with inbound leads across European markets, you’ll help customers understand what we do and how myPOS helps businesses grow. This is a foundational role within our growing Inside Sales team, offering hands-on exposure to sales, customer engagement, and revenue generation in a fast-moving fintech environment.
Job Responsibility:
Be the first conversation businesses have with myPOS, responding to inbound leads and exploring what they need to grow and how our product can contribute to it
Act as a trusted advisor and payments expert, presenting myPOS solutions tailored to each customer’s business needs
Build strong customer relationships through regular follow-up, helping turn conversations into new customers and revenue as part of the growing Inside Sales team
Own your pipeline by keeping customer conversations and progress accurately tracked
Partner closely with sales teams across Europe and internal stakeholders to deliver a smooth and positive customer experience
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role over the phone, where you’ve handled complex conversations and follow-ups
experience in inside sales or business development is a strong advantage
Experience working with CRM systems to stay organized and on top of customer conversations
HubSpot experience is a plus, but not a must
A proactive, can-do approach, and a natural sense of ownership over your work and results
Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build rapport and adapt your style
Good time-management and organizational skills, and comfort working autonomously in a fast-moving environment
Fluency in French and English
