To accelerate our global expansion, expand our brand presence, we are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive (m/f/d) for 40 hours/week to start as soon as possible remote in Mexico City. Grow with us and become part of our swarm in Latam!
Job Responsibility:
First contact for customers and partners – mainly via telephone and e-mail
Proactively engage in outbound prospecting, including cold calling, to identify and generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
Respond to customer enquiries quickly and reliably by delivering relevant information and offering tailor-made offers
Maintain and continuously expand a network of customers and sales partners
Qualify leads and accompany them until the project is completed
Support sales partners in identifying sales potential and implementing sales opportunities
Hold web meetings for customers and sales partners to present Hornetsecurity services and Channel program
Take care for deal flow supervision with partners (deal registrations, trial, customer references and conversions)
Responsible for adjustments and transactions between partners
Make a significant contribution to the sales growth by achieving or even exceeding the agreed sales targets
Update CRM with relevant customer and deal information every week
Requirements:
At least 2 years of inside sales experience within the field of IT (preferably Cybersecurity)
Communication talent and enjoy handling incoming customer calls
Customer orientation
Good knowledge of human nature
Helpful
Ability to build long-lasting customer relationships
Self-motivated
Organizational talent
Ability to set priorities
Very good MS Office skills
Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM tools for pipeline and performance management is a plus
Driven and ambitious, with a desire to work in a fast-moving, start-up environment
Fluent in both Spanish and English
