Ratibz is a smart mobile application that helps dairy owners, subscription-based businesses, and local suppliers manage orders, deliveries, invoices, and payments – all in one place. We are growing rapidly and looking for energetic inside sales executives to expand our user base.
Job Responsibility:
Make outbound calls to potential dairy owners, tiffin suppliers, water suppliers and subscription business owners
Explain Ratibz features, benefits, and pricing clearly over the phone
Follow up with leads generated via campaigns, WhatsApp, and referrals
Maintain call logs, customer database, and sales pipeline in CRM
Schedule product demos and assist prospects in app installation & onboarding
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and conversion rates
Collect feedback from customers to improve sales pitch and product
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English
Comfortable making 50–80 calls per day
Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections
Basic smartphone and internet knowledge
Prior experience in telecalling / telesales / inside sales preferred, but not mandatory
Positive attitude and self-motivation to meet sales goals
