Role of Responsibilities for BCGSE, Meet Monthly Sales Target: Work individually as well as with the sales team of the distributor to achieve monthly sales budget from the existing and new retailers of the distributors. Timely payment collection from the market and credit control for Berger Paint’s business among the retailers. Market Coverage and Spread Improvement : A BCGSE has to visit all the retailers of the concern distributors under which he shall be deployed along with new retailer addition in the assigned geography. Route wise market visit must be done. Increase retailer spread through regular market visit and follow up with the distributor for timely delivery. Colour Bank Addition : BCGSE will be responsible to add/convert new CB from both existing and new outlets. Need to work closely with the high potential outlets to convert them in colour bank retailers Find CKC and initiate Shop Meet with Painters : Find competition Key Contractor/Painter and initiate meeting to enrol in Berger Paint would be a major roles and responsibility of the BCGSE. Painter/Secondary Activity : Add new painters from various forum, conduct meeting to describe the F&B to enrol under Berger Lift & Win scheme. Initiate secondary activity like Painter Engagement, Site and Painter visit and conversion etc by self to liquidate the stocks of the concern business partners
