We are looking for a high-energy, proactive Inside Sales Representative with a proven ability to consistently exceed sales targets. This is a fast-paced, revenue-focused role where you will qualify leads, grow existing customer accounts, and support targeted sales campaigns across industrial and automotive markets. Job Responsibility

  • Generate new business by qualifying inbound leads and identifying outbound opportunities via calls and email
  • Develop and grow existing customer accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and relationship building
  • Research and uncover new sales opportunities using CRM data, market insights, and campaign leads
  • Build strong customer relationships to understand needs, processes, and application requirements
  • Work closely with Sales Managers to hand over high-value opportunities for closure
  • Support and execute targeted sales campaigns and promotions with industrial and automotive sales teams
  • Accurately record all activity, opportunities, and outcomes within the CRM system
  • Develop strong product and market knowledge to confidently position solutions
  • Consistently exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets
