We are looking for a high-energy, proactive Inside Sales Representative with a proven ability to consistently exceed sales targets. This is a fast-paced, revenue-focused role where you will qualify leads, grow existing customer accounts, and support targeted sales campaigns across industrial and automotive markets. Job Responsibility:
Generate new business by qualifying inbound leads and identifying outbound opportunities via calls and email
Develop and grow existing customer accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and relationship building
Research and uncover new sales opportunities using CRM data, market insights, and campaign leads
Build strong customer relationships to understand needs, processes, and application requirements
Work closely with Sales Managers to hand over high-value opportunities for closure
Support and execute targeted sales campaigns and promotions with industrial and automotive sales teams
Accurately record all activity, opportunities, and outcomes within the CRM system
Develop strong product and market knowledge to confidently position solutions
Consistently exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets
Requirements:
A self-motivated and organised approach, with the drive to make a measurable impact
Proven inside sales experience, with a track record of exceeding targets
Strong IT skills and confidence using CRM systems and digital sales tools
An energetic, proactive, and competitive mindset
A confident phone presence with the ability to influence, persuade, and build trust quickly
Experience growing revenue from existing customers, as well as developing new business
Resilience and the ability to perform in a fast-paced sales environment
