Inside Sales Engineer for selling Alfa Laval transactional products and services within the assigned area of responsibility and providing direct support to customers.
Job Responsibility
Responsible for Lead to Order process for enquiries pertinent to Spare Parts & Services
Proactively identify and capture upselling opportunities
Investigate & identify the parts required and submit quotations
Check parts availability and ensure correct pricing to provide quotation utilizing our ERP and associated systems
Weekly monitoring of Open Quotes and communication with Customers and Sales team to win orders
Order registration in ERP system and provide associated purchase orders to internal and external suppliers
Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way to support the sales process and take decisions
Proactive looking for upselling opportunities
Follow up on order fulfillment progress with Order Handling team
Maintain customer, contact info and equipment information in Installed Base
Support Sales team members with spare parts related information as required
Requirements
