Provide technical and commercial support to customers during the product selection and quotation process
Prepare and manage quotations using our CRM system
Work closely with customers and support the external sales team in identifying the best technical solutions
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and business partners
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services
Contribute to delivering a high level of customer satisfaction through responsive and professional support
Requirements
Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another relevant technical discipline
At least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in sales, purchasing, technical support, customer service, or another customer-facing technical role
Experience working with ERP systems (CRM experience is an advantage)
A solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into customer-focused solutions
Fluency in Turkish and a good command of English
