Inside Sales Engineer - Ocean Division

• Provide technical and commercial support to customers during the product selection and quotation process
• Prepare and manage quotations using our CRM system
• Work closely with customers and support the external sales team in identifying the best technical solutions
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and business partners
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services
• Contribute to delivering a high level of customer satisfaction through responsive and professional support

• Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another relevant technical discipline
• At least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in sales, purchasing, technical support, customer service, or another customer-facing technical role
• Experience working with ERP systems (CRM experience is an advantage)
• A solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
• Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into customer-focused solutions
• Fluency in Turkish and a good command of English
