Job Responsibility:

  • Select, size/configure hygienic fluid handling & heat transfer products and prepare technical & commercial proposals for capital and service sales business
  • Be active in the market and focus on inside customer/channel partner interactions, but including some visits, focusing on customer needs, and delivery the value of our products and services
  • Follow up the quote and ensuring the proposed value is understood and if it is matching the customer needs
  • Handover the orders to customer support/order handling team
  • Coordinate with customers/channel partners, and internal support team during post order handling process
  • Supporting customers and channel partners in claims/issues
  • Coordinate with central and regional product & application teams to ensure timely support to customers/channels
  • Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take timely decisions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (or similar)
  • Minimum of 3 years in hygienic fluid handling (pumps/valve/ mixing/tank cleaning), heat transfer, or related equipment
  • Product knowledge and understanding of the customer process and applications
  • basic to intermediate level of food, dairy, beverage, and pharma processes
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable in using ERP and CRM and digital tools to support the sales process
  • Ambitious, with the potential and desire to advance to higher roles within the organization
