Select, size/configure hygienic fluid handling & heat transfer products and prepare technical & commercial proposals for capital and service sales business
Be active in the market and focus on inside customer/channel partner interactions, but including some visits, focusing on customer needs, and delivery the value of our products and services
Follow up the quote and ensuring the proposed value is understood and if it is matching the customer needs
Handover the orders to customer support/order handling team
Coordinate with customers/channel partners, and internal support team during post order handling process
Supporting customers and channel partners in claims/issues
Coordinate with central and regional product & application teams to ensure timely support to customers/channels
Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take timely decisions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (or similar)
Minimum of 3 years in hygienic fluid handling (pumps/valve/ mixing/tank cleaning), heat transfer, or related equipment
Product knowledge and understanding of the customer process and applications
basic to intermediate level of food, dairy, beverage, and pharma processes
Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
Comfortable in using ERP and CRM and digital tools to support the sales process
Ambitious, with the potential and desire to advance to higher roles within the organization
