This hybrid role combines customer service, inside sales, and administrative support functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service orientation, solid technical aptitude, and excellent math and organizational skills. You will be responsible for handling walk-in clients, phone inquiries, preparing quotes and invoices, and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in and telephone customers, delivering prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable support
Assist customers in identifying appropriate products and services based on their technical needs and requirements
Generate accurate quotations, invoices, and sales orders
Follow up on leads and quotations to convert into sales
Manage customer records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Coordinate with service and technical departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of services/products
Handle customer complaints or service issues, escalating where necessary
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a customer service, sales support, or administrative role—preferably in a technical or industrial environment
Strong math skills, including the ability to understand measurements, conversions, and basic pricing calculations
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills
