Job Responsibility

  • Devote 50-60% of the day to proactive outbound calls and follow-ups with existing clients to drive account growth
  • Analyze customer business patterns using year-over-year sales tools to provide proactive solutions
  • Partner with Sales Representatives to build a robust sales pipeline and achieve departmental outreach targets
  • Process incoming orders accurately by coordinating with graphics, distribution, inventory control, and accounts receivable
  • Act as a brand ambassador, developing a strong rapport with customers and maintaining a positive corporate image
  • Use product expertise to inform customers of pricing, shipping ETAs, and technical specifications
  • Review weekly open order reports to ensure timely processing and proactively advise customers of any delays
  • Handle customer complaints with a solutions-focused mindset, ensuring resolutions are reached within established time limits
  • Participate in a 1-week intensive product knowledge training and a 30-45 day supported learner period

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Inside Sales or Customer Care, specifically managing inbound/outbound calls and qualifying leads
  • Strong analytical skills to review order history and identify trends or opportunities for account expansion
  • Exceptional communication skills with a professional phone presence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, with high proficiency in Excel for data tracking and reporting
  • Ability to be creative and artistic in the moment to help clients with packaging and branding solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt communication styles to different customers
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented office environment
