We are looking for a detail-oriented Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team in Pensacola, Florida. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting sales activities, managing client proposals, and ensuring efficient contract administration. Your ability to collaborate across teams and maintain organized documentation will be vital to our success.
Job Responsibility:
Create accurate and comprehensive proposals, quotes, and submittal documents tailored to client needs
Monitor and manage the progress of quotes, vendor materials, and contract details
Maintain an organized library for submittals, ensuring proper version control and accessibility
Support contract review, execution, and the processing of orders to meet deadlines
Coordinate schedules and deliverables for company responses, ensuring timely submissions
Work closely with internal teams to guarantee that documentation adheres to both company and client standards
Assist with estimating and pricing to support sales efforts
Foster strong relationships with vendors to ensure seamless collaboration
Handle purchase orders and maintain accurate records for sales transactions
Requirements:
Proven experience in inside sales or sales support roles
Strong skills in preparing proposals, RFP documents, and accurate quotes
Familiarity with estimating, customer pricing, and contract administration
Proficiency in using Sage 50 or similar accounting software
Ability to manage vendor relationships effectively
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication abilities to collaborate with teams and clients
Knowledge of purchase orders and sales documentation processes
