The Skilled Inside Sales Client Manager mines for new sales opportunities within an assigned account list using a proactive and systematic approach.
Job Responsibility:
Manages and grows relationships and drives expansion and renewals across all solutions within assigned accounts
Minimizes churn and maximizes retention in assigned accounts
Drives client satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of the clients’ buying process
Generates demand by assisting clients to identify current needs
Uses company sales tools and methodology to effectively manage accounts, opportunities, pipelines, and forecasts
Presents new and additional offerings to clients
Communicates quotes, provides supportive sales documentation and obtains a sales order
Builds relationships with clients and displays an interest in and knowledge of the client environment
Identifies opportunities for up-selling of solutions and services
Identifies sales opportunities by managing and growing revenue and expansion across solutions areas in the assigned accounts
Complies with and adheres to pre-identified governance and compliance standards
Adheres to Finance standards and procedures to reduce costs and report associated risk
Requirements:
Relevant High School Diploma or Certification
Solid experience in a similar role in a similar environment
Solid sales and client engagement experience
Solid experience negotiating with clients and vendor
