This is a pure inside sales role focused on US B2B outbound calling for hotel partners across key markets such as Texas, California, Miami, and other high-value US regions. You will own entire markets. Your job is to convert at a market level and drive negotiated corporate and local account rates that can be leveraged across multiple hotels.
Job Responsibility:
Make high-volume outbound B2B calls to US-based corporate accounts, travel managers, businesses, and decision-makers
Work on market-level sales strategy, not just single-property selling
Understand the culture, business behavior, seasonality, and demand drivers of each US market you own
Craft and refine market-specific pitches that resonate with different buyer personas
Convert conversations into Local Negotiated Rates (LNRs) and corporate agreements
Use insights gained from one deal to unlock opportunities across multiple hotels in the same market
Work closely with in-house intelligent lead systems, CRM, and hotel owners
Track outreach, conversations, learnings, and conversions
Requirements:
2–5 years in inside sales / B2B sales / outbound calling
Experience in Hospitality / SaaS / B2B Services is a plus
Genuinely enjoys talking to people and influencing outcomes
Is curious by nature—about markets, businesses, people, and psychology
Is polished, confident, and articulate on calls
Has the ability to turn raw thoughts into clear, persuasive conversations
Thrives in a role with cold calling, follow-ups, rejections
