Our client, a premier, coast-to-coast industrial distributor, is looking for an Inside Sales & Technical Solutions Specialist to join their thriving team. Job Responsibility
Engage in full-cycle inside sales, from managing inbound branch, phone, and email inquiries to proactively prospecting new B2B clients
Deep-dive into customer needs to source and provide the exact mechanical/fluid power components required to keep their operations running
Work closely with the Outside Sales team to support major accounts and maximize territory growth
Ensure seamless, accurate order processing utilizing the company's internal system (SAP)
Note: This is a dynamic branch environment—you may occasionally get your hands dirty with light mechanical or shop duties as needed
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Industrial Sales or Fluid Power components is highly preferred
Strong computer literacy (MS Office)
SAP experience is a massive asset
Self-motivated, high-energy, and genuinely care about customer satisfaction
Exceptional communication, a sharp analytical mind for problem-solving, and the ability to multitask seamlessly in a fast-paced branch office
