Inside Sales and Technical Solutions Specialist Industrial B2B

• Engage in full-cycle inside sales, from managing inbound branch, phone, and email inquiries to proactively prospecting new B2B clients
• Deep-dive into customer needs to source and provide the exact mechanical/fluid power components required to keep their operations running
• Work closely with the Outside Sales team to support major accounts and maximize territory growth
• Ensure seamless, accurate order processing utilizing the company's internal system (SAP)
• Note: This is a dynamic branch environment—you may occasionally get your hands dirty with light mechanical or shop duties as needed

• 2+ years of experience in Industrial Sales or Fluid Power components is highly preferred
• Strong computer literacy (MS Office)
• SAP experience is a massive asset
• Self-motivated, high-energy, and genuinely care about customer satisfaction
• Exceptional communication, a sharp analytical mind for problem-solving, and the ability to multitask seamlessly in a fast-paced branch office
