Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for digital marketing? We are partnering with a premier global business solutions provider to hire Inside Sales Representatives to support one of the world’s leading social media platforms. In this role, you will act as a consultant for small to medium-sized businesses, helping them maximize their advertising impact. This is a high-energy, consultative sales position that rewards those who are proactive, curious, and experts at building long-term client relationships.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage a portfolio of high spending advertisers of small to medium-sized businesses to grow revenue with higher product savviness
  • Research and discover fundamental understanding of vertical(s)/market(s) industry and client business models
  • Identify sales opportunities and provide clients with tailored solution(s) to meet their goal(s)
  • Personalize client recommendations to suit varying needs, using vertical expertise
  • Improve clients’ experiences by consulting on optimal and appropriate product adoption
  • Proactively outreach (outbound calls) and reactively engage with clients over the phone and via email to frequently assess product performance and provide insights to optimize their advertisements and increase their investments
  • Demonstrate ability to build relationships with the creation of long-term marketing and sales strategies
  • Understanding customers’ business and advertising goals to capture and build market intelligence
  • Develop expert working knowledge of Social Media advertising solutions (including measurement) and what impacts performance, identify trends and solve problems

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of dedicated, quota-based sales experience
  • Inside Sales

  • Retail Telecom/Mobile Mobility Sales (selling phone/internet service packages from a desk, store, or kiosk with strict sales targets)
  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalency
  • Exceptional outbound phone presence
  • Solutions-oriented mindset
  • Ability to comfortably navigate multi-touch cross-selling/upselling
  • At least 3 years of total professional work experience
  • Must be able to commute 100% on-site 5 days a week
  • Must be comfortable with $20.43/hour pay rate
  • Must be fully available Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST including statutory holidays
  • Must have no pre-booked vacations or required time off in coming months
  • Must pass criminal and credit background check
