This role is part of a new Digital Sales Hub in Leixlip, connecting customers and partners with cutting-edge technology to solve their biggest challenges. You'll manage a portfolio of customer accounts virtually (by phone, online, and through innovative sales tools including social selling), build strong relationships, uncover opportunities, and drive meaningful business outcomes.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, developing trusted relationships and delivering real business value
Create and execute account plans that align customer needs with HPE's technology solutions
Generate, qualify, and close new leads—either directly or alongside field sales and channel partners
Stay close to clients' priorities, understanding their challenges and positioning HPE as the trusted partner
Use insights and analytics to build sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and drive results
Collaborate across teams—marketing, technical, and partner organizations—to deliver exceptional customer experience
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)—ideally in business, technology, or a related field
Around 2–6 years' experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles
Strong interest in technology, innovation, and digital transformation
Solid understanding of how to build, retain, and grow customer relationships
Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
Collaborative mindset
Experience with CRM or Salesforce tools to track and manage customer interactions
Proactive, 'hunter' mentality balanced with the ability to nurture long-term relationships
