As an Inside Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for selling Dell’s products and services while focusing on developing new accounts and expanding existing accounts. You will support the field sales leader while working effectively in a team environment towards goals.
Job Responsibility:
Sell Dell Technologies products and services to Public customer in alignment with outside sales and responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience
Focus on maintaining and expanding business relationships/market share with existing and new customers
Function as the overall Account Manager including leading transactional sales, partnering with Outside Sales on both strategy and execution
Cooperate and collaborate with colleagues cross-functionally, to support the sales process
Stay abreast of current industry trends and how Dell Technologies customers are being impacted to help solve specific market challenges in targeted industries
Requirements:
University degree and 3-4 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of applicable technology, products, and services and ability to identify how these products and services align to customer needs
Ability to create/execute an action plan to make unsolicited contact with targeted people to capture interest for further discussion
Ability to select and execute effective sales strategies and tactics in a differentiated manner to win the business
Advanced level of English and Polish languages - both verbal and written
