Seeking a high-energy Business Development Manager to join their expanding sales team in Kuala Lumpur. This is a hands-on, full-cycle sales role where you will take ownership from first outreach to close, playing a pivotal part in driving Malaysia market growth.
Job Responsibility:
Drive new business development across the Malaysia's construction sector
Engage senior B2B stakeholders in consultative, value-led sales conversations
Deliver compelling product demonstrations that clearly articulate ROI
Build, manage, and maintain a robust pipeline using CRM
Prepare, present, and negotiate commercial proposals
Close deals confidently via phone, video, and face-to-face meetings
Consistently exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets
Requirements:
Proven success in B2B sales or business development
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently
Resilient, driven, and commercially focused mindset
Experience selling into construction, data, SaaS, or technology sectors is advantageous
