Manage and grow portfolio of customer accounts

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in business, technology, or related field
2-6 years' experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles

Solid understanding of how to build, retain, and grow customer relationships
Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
Collaborative mindset
Experience with CRM or Salesforce tools
