Position Overview: The Inside Sales Account Manager will manage a specified sales territory through proactive account management and delivering the sales plan through minimizing erosion and optimizing organic and new business growth. This position is responsible for quickly identifying the customer’s needs and/or business opportunity in order to direct them to the correct department or sales group within the company using sales skills and exceptional service. Requirements
+2 years professional sales experience, driving new business opportunities with multiple technical product lines/families. Preferably in the industrial chemical industry.
Flawless English and Spanish language ability with outstanding communication and presentation skills. Italian and Portuguese language skills are a strong plus.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field)
Ability to influence via phone, identify and gain access to decision makers, develop and close sales.
Ability to sell at all levels within organizations.
Proven experience & ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Well organized, process and data driven, producing accurate and timely reports, etc.
Nice to have
Italian and Portuguese language skills are a strong plus.
