This individual will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and placing top talent for a variety of healthcare-related opportunities while partnering closely with internal teams and clients.
Job Responsibility
Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles within administrative customer support, finance and accounting, and nonclinical healthcare
Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and interest
Build and maintain strong pipelines of active and passive talent
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and align recruiting strategies
Write and post job advertisements across appropriate channels
Conduct candidate outreach, scheduling, and follow-up throughout the hiring process
Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking in internal systems
Stay informed on market trends and talent availability within the healthcare space
Deliver a high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years of recruiting experience preferred
Experience recruiting for healthcare, administrative, customer support, or finance-related roles is highly preferred
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
