Job Description

This individual will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and placing top talent for a variety of healthcare-related opportunities while partnering closely with internal teams and clients.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles within administrative customer support, finance and accounting, and nonclinical healthcare
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and interest
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of active and passive talent
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and align recruiting strategies
  • Write and post job advertisements across appropriate channels
  • Conduct candidate outreach, scheduling, and follow-up throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking in internal systems
  • Stay informed on market trends and talent availability within the healthcare space
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience preferred
  • Experience recruiting for healthcare, administrative, customer support, or finance-related roles is highly preferred
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
