Job Description:

Mechanical Engineering graduate with more than 5 years of experience from an Automotive Manufacturing background. Diploma with 8 years of experience in relevant field is acceptable.

Requirements:

  • Mechanical Engineering graduate with more than 5 years of experience from an Automotive Manufacturing background
  • Diploma with 8 years of experience in relevant field is acceptable
  • Must have knowledge on TPM methodology, Quality Circle, Advanced Quality Planning, Inspection Equipment / Techniques
  • Must have hands-on exposure in Problem Solving / Root Cause Analysis – Using Minitab software, Capability studies, statistical analysis using various QC Tools, Metal forming, assembly processes, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
  • Must have knowledge on Heat Treatment furnaces and related quality processes, APQP, PPAP, Calibration MSA, Customer Compliant Handling, Warranty Analysis, Burden Ratio Analysis
  • Must have handled Change management process
  • IATF 16949 certification for internal auditor
  • Must have system knowledge on TS IATF 16949, ISO14001 and Customer specific standards
  • Should be able collaborate and work with Cross Functional team
  • Should have good communication skills
  • Should have flair for employee relations - should be able to work closely with his team, leading, motivating and challenging them to achieve higher targets
