Job Description:

Join our team as an inpatient rehab OT and play a key role in improving the lives of adults with a range of physical health conditions. This role offers flexibility and includes working with multidisciplinary teams.

Job Responsibility:

perform comprehensive patient assessments
create and implement personalised care plans
deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
maintain accurate patient records

Requirements:

a current and valid HCPC registration
experience working within inpatient rehab
strong communication and interpersonal skills
the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
