Read and understand specifications, drawings, technical reports, regulatory body requirements, and shipyard capabilities
Review customer specifications, conduct onboard inspections, and initiate clarification requests when required
Apply parametric standards and historical data to determine the estimated amount of effort and costs required for repair work
Interact closely with team members, shipyard departments and customers
Travel to survey vessels composing of national and international travel
