The Innovation Tax team work closely with a wide range of companies from FTSE 250 to start ups across a variety of sectors. Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and drive the success of end‑to‑end R&D claim processes
  • Ability to lead complex technical interviews and support on high value projects including problem solving with numerous stake holders
  • Build client relationships and involvement in business development, identifying, and winning new opportunities
  • Manages the output of junior team members including the production of timely and risk managed narratives, in addition to developing junior staff
  • Understands the impact of upcoming legislation and their impact on technical engagements including communicating this to clients
  • Ability to design and describe different practical assessment methodologies
  • Builds relationships and trust with clients by understanding their needs and expectations through reliable and effective communication
  • Supports in the teams ambitions to innovate how we work, though chose areas of value add
