Job Description

Global Portfolio & Funding department is looking for an Innovation Portfolio Specialist.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting the governance, coordination and execution of EDP's global innovation portfolio
  • Ensuring the effective preparation of executive materials, portfolio monitoring, stakeholder engagement and the successful operation of innovation governance forums
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders across multiple geographies
  • Supporting strategic decision-making through data analysis, reporting and structured communication
  • Being close EDP's innovation ecosystem, including innovation portfolio management, funding initiatives, executive governance processes and collaboration with business units, external partners and innovation leaders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
  • 2 to 5 years of professional experience in PMO, project management, consulting, business analysis, portfolio management or similar functions
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to develop executive-level presentations and reports
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience in preparing management reports, dashboards and performance tracking materials
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate activities across different teams and organizational levels
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
  • Proactive, autonomous and results-oriented mindset.
