  • Identify, develop and implement innovative technologies and Circular Economy solutions that deliver service efficiencies, cost savings and carbon reduction for key accounts. This includes researching emerging solutions, building robust business cases and supporting implementation in collaboration with Clinical and Hazardous Waste teams
  • Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand sustainability priorities, align innovations with contract strategies and environmental targets, and support bids and retention activity with value-adding proposals
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, legislation and government strategy relating to sustainability and Net Zero, conducting research to inform recommendations and potential investment decisions
  • Build strong relationships with customers, service providers and academic partners to identify new services, upselling opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives
